--- ALL FIREARMS ARE FACTORY BRAND NEW UNLESS OTHERWISE LISTED, THIS MEANS THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DISPLAYED OR HANDLED AFTER THEY LEFT THE FACTORY, THEY COME IN THE EXACT CONDITION THEY LEFT THE FACTORY IN WITH ALL FACTORY PACKAGING, CASES , PAPERWORK AND ACCESSORIES INTACT. WE DO NOT MESS WITH THEM IN ANY WAY. --
--- Local Pickup = All purchases that you want to pickup locally will need to have an appointment made for your pickup date/time. You can Email us at cornerstonearms@gmail.com or call us at 719-684-5125 to make an appointment. ALSO all local sales are subject to our 7.0% Sales Tax and the PICS $20.00 Background Check Fee. -- All Returns will be Subject to a 10% Restocking Fee UNLESS the error was on our end. So if you Fail your Background Check or Order the Wrong Item or just Change your Mind after the Item has shipped there WILL BE a 10% Restocking Fee taken out of the Return Amount.
PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may picked up at our store (BY APPOINTMENT) or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 business days of Purchase or 5 business days of picking Firearm up from your local FFL.
Sales on the following items are final:
- Ammunition
- Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics once removed from factory packaging.
USED FIREARMS
Used firearms may be returned under the 5 day policy as well unless otherwise marked. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within the Factory specified Warranty Period. Accessories and special order items are covered by their respective Manufactuer's Warranty. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
